Character On Track

Seniors Cate Meyer, Jamin Arend and Jevin Eddy were selected to be this year’s character on track ambassadors from the Bridgewater- Emery school district. Students are selected by their school activity leaders to represent their school as mentors to engage the elementary and middle school students throughout the community in thinking how to be helpful.  

“Being selected for character on track was a great honor,” Arend said. “It is nice to see teachers recognize your hard work throughout middle and high school.”


Character on track is utilizing high school students as ambassadors to elementary and middle school students. The students are selected based on students who work hard to show outstanding character both at school and in their communities, and students who strive to excel in the classroom and demonstrate outstanding leadership skills.  The program is based on five marks of character: trustworthiness, respect, accountability, citizenship, and kindness.

th. The students selected will be honored at a Youth of Character awards banquet in March.
