B-E Huskies girls basketball team took on the Alcester-Hudson Cubs on Tuesday, Feb. 5. The Huskies took another win on the season with a victory of 74-32.
“It was a great team win for us,” head coach Jessie VanLeur said. “Coming on the end of regular season play, we need to continue to play our best game. We know we have girls on the court who can score for us so we have been really been pushing winning on the defensive end.”
The Huskies started out on a high note and kept pushing the lead. Bringing lots of intensity the Huskies really played as a team sharing the ball well. B-E moved the ball and worked on their offensive plays while also practicing their many defenses. The Huskies keep taking one game at a time working up to the off season.
